John P. Connelly – Co-Founder

John Connelly is the founder and owner of Dynamic Solutions Group, a company providing managed IT services, and Tower 8 Staffing Solutions, an independent staffing firm. He also co-founded USAmeriBank and two insurance brokerages, The Connelly Insurance Group and Connelly, Carlisle, Fields & Nichols, which experienced significant growth under his leadership and were ultimately sold to large, publicly-traded companies.

John, along with his daughter Kaley, formed The Connelly Group, aiming to enhance entrepreneurial companies by combining advisory services, management, and outside capital. Located in Clearwater, Florida, The Connelly Group focuses on firms in the southeastern United States with EBITDA of less than $2.5 million.

Aside from his professional pursuits, John is deeply involved in the Tampa Bay community. He serves on the board of several organizations, including:
